European Banks May Have To Disclose Top Pay Deals
European banks may be required to disclose the number of staffers that received annual compensation of more than €1 million ($1.44 million) under a new European Union directive, which is similar to a proposal made by Sir David Walker, the British banker who heads a government commission into banks’ corporate governance.
