JPM To Pay $20Mln To Settle Lehman Charges
JPMorgan Chase has agreed to pay $20 million to settle charges brought by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission that it allegedly counted Lehman Brothers customer funds as part of its application for a loan, and did not return customer funds as soon as Lehman filed for bankruptcy in 2008, but waited until it was ordered to do so.
