EMEA RE Capital Value Weakest In Q1

Real estate investment value was weakest globally in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa region in the first quarter, according to the CBRE Capital Value Index, as it grew only 0.7% compared with 7.6% a year earlier.

Real estate investment value was weakest globally in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa region in the first quarter, according to the CBRE Capital Value Index, as it grew only 0.7% compared with 7.6% a year earlier. The Americas performed best, growing 9.6%.
