Fitch Comments On NorthStar CMBS Ratings
Fitch Ratings said the NorthStar 2012-1 Mortgage Trust, the first U.S. commercial mortgage-backed securities to come to market with transitional collateral “lacks sufficient credit enhancement” to achieve a AAA rating.
