FHA To Step Up Sales Of Delinquent Loans
The Federal Housing Administration says it is planning to increase the number of delinquent residential mortgages it sells through its bulk-sale strategy to between 10,000 and 15,000 in the first quarter of 2013 with a goal of unloading at least 40,000 distressed loans.
