HARP Refis Slip In Q4

Mortgages refinanced under the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Home Affordable Refinance Program slipped in the fourth quarter from the preceding three-month period but still grew 22% in 2012 from a year earlier, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
