FSA Publishes Financial Services Transparency Paper

The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has published a discussion paper on how transparency and more effective disclosure could improve the accountability of the regulator—specifically the new Financial Conduct Authority—and the financial services industry, and help consumers make better investment decisions.
