ResCap CEO To Step Down

Thomas Marano is stepping down as ceo of Residential Capital, the bankrupt unit of Ally Financial. Marano, who will continue as an outside director through the transition to a new chief, said he is considering launching a hedge fund or a real estate investment trust.
