P2P Deal Architects Plan Oil ABS

Esoteric specialists National Alliance Capital Markets and Waterford Capital, which last week announced the completion of the first peer-to-peer loan asset-backed securities deal, are in the planning stages of three separate securitizations for an independent oil company drilling in Texas’ Permian Basin.
