Bear Stearns is leading a $250 million collateralized loan obligation for WhiteHorse Capital Partners. This will be the second CLO for Dallas-based WhiteHorse, whose founders previously worked at Highland Capital Management. Jarred Worley, structured product manager and chief operations officer, declined comment. Bear Stearns arranged the $200 million WhiteHorse I last year (LMW, 7/7).
