A collateralized debt obligation structurer has flipped to Goldman Sachs from Credit Suisse First Boston. Erin Morgan is structuring and executing cash CDOs at Goldman and reports to Eric Bothwell, head of cash CDOs, according to Michael DuVally, Goldman spokesman.
At CSFB, Morgan was also a CDO structurer and reported to Kristofer Kraus, formerly managing director in CDOs, according to John Gallagher, CSFB spokesman. Kraus recently left with four other members of CSFB's CDO team for Barclays Capital. Morgan has not been replaced at CSFB and her duties have been taken over by other members on the team, Gallagher said. Morgan declined comment and Bothwell did not return a call by press time.
