Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London has hired Richard Lloyd, associate v.p. in the infrastructure group at Financial Security Assurance in London, as a v.p. in debt principal finance and securitization. Lloyd focuses on corporate securitizations and reports to Atul Bajpai, global head of securitization and principal finance. Lloyd confirmed his position and referred further questions to Bajpai, who did not return calls by press time.
At FSA, Lloyd reported to Chuck Silberstein, head of international infrastructure finance. Silberstein said he has not hired a replacement for Lloyd, but is currently recruiting for the team (see related story, page 4).
