DB Unit Sued Over Mortgage Pool
HSBC as trustee for a pool of mortgages has filed a lawsuit against DB Structured Products, a unit of Deutsche Bank, for allegedly failing to “cure, substitute or repurchase” loans that HSBC claims the firm misrepresented regarding their origin and characteristics.
