Borrowers In Negative Equity Dip

More than 1.4 million borrowers moved into positive equity through the third quarter of 2012, dropping the percentage of those in negative equity to 22% of all residential properties with a mortgage, down from 22.3% in the second quarter, according to CoreLogic.
