Paulson Added To Goldman CDO Lawsuit

ACA Financial Guaranty has added Paulson & Co. in its revised lawsuit against Goldman Sachs over the Abacus collateralized debt obligation. ACA alleges that the two parties deceived it into providing insurance for a CDO that they knew was “doomed to fail.”
