Ulster Bank exceeds Celtic RMBS buyback target
Royal Bank of Scotland’s Irish subsidiary, Ulster Bank, has bought back €1.5bn of Celtic Residential Irish Mortgage Securitization (CRSM) bonds, exceeding its targeted volume by around €250m.
