Diners Club, a Singapore-based charge card and credit card services provider, has completed a S$223 million multi-tranche credit card securitization renewal program. The securitization was done to provide funding for Diners’ growth and expansion in the card business, according to a filing by Johan Holdings, Diners’ parent company.
