EMEA Consumer ABS Worsen

The performance of consumer loans in asset-backed securities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa continued to deteriorate in July, with Moody’s Investors Service’s cumulative default index rising to 3.8%, compared with 3.3% a year earlier.
