Industry Gauges Autumn Statement Impact On SME ABS

The U.K. government is to amend regulations for U.K. covered bonds to boost transparency and help banks issue those deals, but the effect of its small-to-medium enterprise lending plans on securitization markets remain less clear, London-based asset-backed securities officials have said.
