RBS Blasted Over Big Bonuses

Sir Mervyn King, governor of the Bank of England, told top bankers at large banks that they should avoid awarding themselves hefty bonuses while the general population sees its standard of living decline, but saved his harshest criticism for the Royal Bank of Scotland.
