European banks are expected to borrow up to EUR680 billion ($902 billion) in February from the European Central Bank’s Long-Term Refinancing Operation, according to a survey by Goldman Sachs.

European banks are expected to borrow up to EUR680 billion ($902 billion) in February from the European Central Bank’s Long-Term Refinancing Operation, according to a survey by Goldman Sachs. Banks borrowed EUR489 billion ($641.2 billion) in the first such auction last month.
