Hercules Tech Completes First Term Securitization
Hercules Technology Growth Capital has announced that it has completed its first term securitization, with its Hercules Capital Funding Trust 2012-1 unit issuing $129 million of class A notes backed by $231 million of senior secured loans originated by the company.
