Cabela’s priced a five-year, $500 million credit card asset-backed securitization, and planned to do one or two more deals in 2012. [The outdoor retailer came to market again last June, after which officials decided they had raised enough funding for the year. Cabela’s tried out a 10-year tranche in a new deal last week. An official at the company’s financing arm, World’s Foremost Bank, said the game-changer could prompt a shakeup for Cabela’s issuance plans for the year.
