Australia’s CFSG AM Enters CMBS Fray

Australia’s Colonial First State Global Asset Management is looking to raise A$885 million ($736 million) through a new, multi-borrower commercial mortgage-backed securitization arranged and lead managed by ANZ Investment Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
