Irish Banks Said Not Lending To SMEs

Half of small and medium-sized Irish enterprises say banks are unwilling to lend to them, though only about 20% of those responding to the SME Lending Demand Survey based their views on personal experience, while others relied on media reports and experiences of their peers.
