CLO Investors To See Payouts Shrink

Equity holders of collateralized loan obligations will likely see their cash payouts shrink an average of about a point and may be 6.5 to 7 points less if the trend of leveraged loan interest rate reductions continues, according to Morgan Stanley analysts.
