Barclays Capital has recently hired two new saleswomen for its investment-grade sales department. Amy Levenson and Kelly Saltzgaber start soon in v.p. roles; both join from Goldman Sachs, where they were directors in investment-grade sales. They will report to Andrew Rankowitz, head of credit sales at Barclays. He did not return calls by press time.

The two left Goldman Sachs last month. They had reported to Mike Troy, head of credit sales. Levenson confirmed the move but declined further comment. Saltzgaber could not be reached. Ed Canaday, spokesman at Goldman Sachs, confirmed the resignations but declined further comment.
