SSgA Taps Smith Graham To Help Manage MBS Program

State Street Global Advisers has retained Smith, Graham & Co. Investment Advisors to help manage a portfolio of an estimated $180 billion in mortgage-backed securities issued by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
