ONGC latest to delay share sale, IOC not coming soon
Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has become the latest Indian issuer to push back the launch of a jumbo share sale. It has postponed the deal until April because it has not appointed independent directors to its board, as required by India’s regulators.
