China Industrial lands biggest GEM IPO in 10 years

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group has successfully priced a HK$1.3bn ($171.4m) IPO on Hong Kong’s Growth Enterprise Market, the largest on the board in nearly a decade.

The securities firm came to the market with an offer of 1bn shares, looking to fund expansion across its businesses, including lending, proprietary trading and investment banking, as well as working capital and general corporate purposes.
