India ECM set for firsts as BSE, IRB InvIT file

Asia’s oldest bourse, the Bombay Stock Exchange, has taken a step closer to its highly anticipated IPO, while IRB Infrastructure Developers is preparing to launch India’s first infrastructure investment trust.

The BSE filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on September 9, which shows that the listing will comprise 30.0m secondary shares to be sold through an offer-for-sale.
