Jacobson Pharma opens books for $100 HK IPO

Drug company Jacobson Pharma Corp kicked off bookbuilding this week for its potential HK$753m ($97.1m) listing.

BOC International is the sole lead and began taking orders for the IPO on Wednesday morning.

Hong Kong’s largest generic drug company, Jacobson is offering 437.5m primary shares, or 25% of its enlarged share capital, at a range of HK$1.28-HK$1.72 apiece.
