Citi Apac debt syndicate head to leave

Citi is set to lose its head of Asia Pacific debt syndicate in Hong Kong, as Duncan Phillips is leaving to join financial services technology firm Ipreo.

Phillips, a managing director, has been with the US bank since 2002, having worked in its London office until 2005 before relocating to Tokyo. He was there from 2005 to 2010 as head of debt syndicate for Japan, before moving to Hong Kong to run Apac debt syndicate.
