HSBC taps Tait as commercial banking head for Apac

Stuart Tait has been named HSBC’s new regional head of commercial banking, Asia Pacific, replacing Paul Skelton who has decided to leave the firm to pursue other opportunities.

Tait will relocate to Hong Kong from London to take up the new position and will report jointly to Noel Quinn, chief executive officer of global commercial banking, and to Peter Wong, CEO of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp.
