China's capital markets need reform, says ex-PBoC vice-governor

Wu Xiaoling, former vice-governor of China's central bank, has spoken out about the poor quality of financing available to Chinese businesses, saying they need more channels to help them develop.

China’s economy needs structural reform, Wu told the Financial Cooperation Conference in Hong Kong, organised by Boao Forum for Asia and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority on Tuesday.
