Nine sign up for $456m Interplex acquisition loan

Allocations have been issued for a $455.75m loan to support Baring Private Equity Asia’s acquisition of Singapore-based Interplex Holdings.

Among the five arrangers, DBS retained $68m, United Overseas Bank $60m and Cathay United Bank $50m, while CTBC Bank and Standard Chartered kept $35m each.
