HDFC to sign up four for $375m fundraising

Indian mortgage lender HDFC is close to signing up lenders for a $375m borrowing, according to two sources.

Citi, DBS, State Bank of India (SBI) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp (SMBC) are the four banks, said the sources.

GlobalCapital Asia had reported on March 9 that HDFC was sounding out lenders for a new facility. 

The five year loan will probably be syndicated after it is pre-funded by the MLABs. ...
