Maybank, JD.com take bids for dollar offerings

A pair of investment grade issuers, Maybank and JD.com, ventured into the dollar bond market on Friday albeit with quite different trades.

Malaysian lender Maybank is seeking to tie up a 10.5 non call 5.5 Basel III tier two offering at initial price guidance of 280bp over US Treasuries.
