Guidance announced on latest CommonBond deal

Online student loan originator CommonBond is marketing its first transaction of 2016 after the company's initial plan to bring as many as three deals in the fourth quarter of 2015 were held up due to year-end volatility.

The $153.2m no-grow transaction was officially announced this Monday, just as the LendIt USA conference kicked off in San Francisco. Leads Barclays and Goldman Sachsissued guidance for the deal on Thursday.
