BoC Aviation, CDB Leasing seek billions from floats

Bank of China plans to list its aircraft lessor in Hong Kong in a deal that could raise $2bn by mid-year. The move swiftly follows China Development Bank, which has also filed an IPO of its leasing arm.

BoC Aviation — which leases, manages and sells commercial jet aircraft — has appointed BoC International as sole financial adviser and joint sponsor with Goldman Sachs, according to a draft prospectus filed this week.
