No place for JP Morgan in Manulife's rejigged syndicate

Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) has rejigged the syndicate for its planned $400m IPO in Singapore, with JP Morgan no longer among the banks working on the deal.

DBS, which was mandated for the listing alongside JP Morgan last year, remains in the syndicate, according to sources. The issuer has also hired CICC, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank to manage the trade, increasing the number of banks in the syndicate to four.
