US laps up Hyundai green bond

Hyundai Capital Services (HCS) raised $500m from its inaugural green bond on Monday, in a trade that was notable for the strong participation of US accounts.

Before HCS's trade, several market participants had highlighted their concerns about the increasingly smaller role being played by US investors in South Korean bonds.
