Eco World lays foundation for $500m IPO

Eco World International, which dropped plans for a special purpose acquisition company IPO in 2015, is seeking to raise $500m with a listing by the middle of this year, said sources.

The Malaysian property developer filed a draft prospectus for the domestic float on Friday, involving the sale of 2.15bn shares, or 90% of its enlarged share capital. The IPO will include two free warrants for every five shares.
