HKBN eyes HK$700m acquisition financing

Hong Kong Broadband Network is raising a HK$700m ($90m) loan to fund its acquisition of telecoms businesses Concord Ideas and Simple Click Investments.

JP Morgan, which led HKBN’s last syndicated loan, is underwriting the latest financing, the company said in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement.
