HCL Tech eyes $1bn from rare Indian US IPO

HCL Technologies is preparing to launch a $1bn float in the US, which would make it the first Indian company to list there in more than two years.

The IT services company has enlisted Citi and Credit Suisse to help prepare the IPO, according to a source close to the deal.
