Pakistan unveils new ECM fundraising rules

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has made a series of changes to rules governing companies raising capital in its stock market.

The amendments, released on January 19, cover regulations for various fundraising methods, including IPOs, rights issues, bonus issues and block sales.
