CDB and Vista Land bring life to Asian bonds

The Asian market finally saw some signs of activity on Wednesday with China Development Bank and Vista Land & Landscapes opening taps for their respective dollar bonds.

There has been no deal in the Asia ex-Japan bond market since A1/A/A- rated KEB Hana struggled with its inaugural G3 trade on January 20. On top of that, market participants are waiting for the outcome of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC)’s meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday. ...
