Kaisa dismisses restructuring counter proposal

Kaisa Group Holdings has dismissed a counter proposal by a group of bondholders over the potential restructuring of the Chinese property developer’s offshore debt.

The Shenzhen-based firm had released a debt restructuring proposal on January 10, giving offshore bondholders until February 7 to make a decision on whether to support the terms laid out by the company.
