Ranhill to launch $188m IPO by month end

Ranhill Holdings will sell shares in its MR807.5m ($188.32m) IPO in Malaysia at a ceiling of MR1.70 apiece, with the trade slated to launch by the end of January, said a banker.

The firm, which provides power and water treatment services, is expected to set dates for bookbuilding by the middle of the month. While the maximum price of the stock has been firmed up, the range is still being discussed with investors.
