Center Parcs to buy back 'B' notes with £560m bond

Center Parcs UK, the holiday resort group being bought by Brookfield Property Group, issued a £560m high yield bond this week.

The company began a roadshow on Monday for a five year non-call two class 'B' secured note. It will be used to redeem a class 'B' issue sold in 2012 and to fund the acquisition, from Blackstone, which took ownership of the group in 2006.
